Buyer beware! I purchased my car from Heritage Toyota and I already have buyer's remorse. The vehicle was listed as Certified Pre-Owned even in the CarFax report, I purchased my car from Heritage Toyota and I already have buyer's remorse. The vehicle was listed as Certified Pre-Owned even in the CarFax report, yet the dealership claimed it was no longer certified and I would need to pay for an extended warranty if I desired a warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty. I was only informed of this while the salesman was driving me to the dealership. I had viewed the vehicle a few week's prior and was told that the dealership charges more because fees must be paid for Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. However, the price did not change even after they removed the certification. You can easily find other vehicles with similar make, model, and mileage that are pre-owned at other nearby dealerships. Essentially, Heritage Toyota did not honor the previous certification nor did not reduce the price when the certification was removed. There is a better value at other dealerships. Also, the bottom panel of the car I purchased has visible damage. I asked if carpeting could be provided but the salesman said it was not. In retrospect, this is not a car I should have purchased. I was specific on the type of interior color I wanted, which was available at Heritage, however the tradeoff of lower level coverage and the damage on the vehicle was not worth it. I don't recommend this dealership. More

I requested pricing from Joey Cheng and Phil Stillman on a couple 4Runners. The pricing was sent in a timely manner and were really great. I however did not purchase from this dealership, but it was only be a couple 4Runners. The pricing was sent in a timely manner and were really great. I did however buy from your sister dealership in Harrisburg and feel I got the same great pricing I would have gotten at your dealership. Zero problems with Joey and Phil, I really do wish I could have found the right 4 Runner here. More
