The management team is by far one of the worst teams I have ever dealt with. The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. She also followed up on things with me multiple times, even though, I feel some of those things should have been followed up on by a manager. I would absolutely recommend Katie, but the management team needs a few lessons on customer service and communication. More

Prior to visiting Heritage Toyota, I have had a very bad experience with two other dealerships, so my expectation was not high when I visited Heritage.
