But arrived and I was shown It before it was to be washed and given your ceramic coating inside and out. Katie Harold is a rock star 👩🎤. She had me picked up at home and drove me to my Bank to get a cashier's check. Her smile kept me calm. She never showed any cracks in her cheerful veneer. I purchased a car two months ago and just learned that this Finance Manager never registered my vehicle. No communication about this nor a refund have been processed for my payment to the dealership on De this Finance Manager never registered my vehicle. No communication about this nor a refund have been processed for my payment to the dealership on December 16, 2023. Two months later, the day prior to the expiration of my temporary tag, the salesman returns my phone call to inform me that Cedric said he did not register my car because of a perceived insurance issue. I submitted my Progressive insurance documentation to them right in their office. I also called the Motor Vehicle Administration and they confirmed there is no issue with my insurance. The fact is that my car was never registered, I never received any communication about any issues, and I have not received a refund. I'm not sure if this is a case of incompetence or if this is intentional but I have reported it to the State of Maryland. More
