We did most of the deal through email so when I got to the dealership all I had to do was my test drive, sign the paperwork, and get the financial aspect locked in. Everyone was very nice and no one was pushy which was a great change from the other dealerships I was talking to. Again, I can’t say enough good things about Phaeng, she was a joy to work with and putting the big bow on my new car was such a fun touch! More

Horrible. Gave a quote on a Tundra. Confirmed appointment after 8 the night before. Arrived on time for the appt. and found out they sold the truck the night b Gave a quote on a Tundra. Spent 4 hours trying to get us to purchase a color we didn’t want, they weren’t honoring the quote and kept producing numbers for the vehicle we didn’t want. Kept asking to have Catonsville send over a truck matching the original one we received the quote on and they ignored our requests forcing us to drive further to Heritage Toyota Catonsville to get the truck we wanted. Hopefully they have better customer service in Catonsville. More
