Great deal, good service I have recently purchased a new 2018 Toyota Corolla from Owing's Mills Heritage. Will Brown helped me find the right one, made sure I knew all the ava I have recently purchased a new 2018 Toyota Corolla from Owing's Mills Heritage. Will Brown helped me find the right one, made sure I knew all the available features of the vehicle during the test drive, made sure all of the numbers were totally transparent, and got me more value for my trade in on my old Toyota Corolla. The only unfortunate part, which was no fault of the dealership, was a manufacturing error in the vehicle. I had it towed in and both Will and Alphonse made sure that everything was taken care of and were extremely apologetic (again, even though it was not their fault at all). It affirmed that they truly care about my overall experience and I felt like I was treated with a great deal of respect. I would strongly recommend anyone here for a good price on new vehicles and great customer service. More

Heritage had what I was looking for, so I made a appointment and met with Will Brown. We had a very pleasant discussion, I showed him the best price from the other dealers, and, after meeting with his manager, he matched the price... and then we talked about a trade-in for my car, which was worked out to my satisfaction in only a few minutes... I'm type A with borderline ADHD, so I definitely appreciated their no nonsense style and that they listened more than they talked. The next day my wife and I went to pick up the car... I spent a few minutes with Will and his team completing the paperwork and then Will spent the next hour with my wife to familiarize her with all the many features, controls, and amenities of the car. We just moved into the area a month ago but I've been a Toyota customer for many years... and I've never had a better buying experience than at Heritage... a big "thank you" to Will, Jason, and Levi !
