Dennis, in true form, did everything he could and in the end I walked away with a brand new car. When going over extra coverage options for my car I was wavering between two options. Seeing me waver, they gave me the option with more coverage for the lowest price. In the end once all the papers were signed, I payed less for the car than I was planning on paying. They are absolutely amazing here. I trust them at R&H as much as I'm ever going to trust a dealer. Dennis Margroum is the salesman you should deal with if you go in. He always greats us with a hug, gets to know you on a personal level, makes sure you're taken car of, and doesn't pressure you into a decision. He brought with him, and left with me a complete breakdown of the cost to me of either buying or leasing a Corolla. Once I decided on a Corolla he came, picked me up and brought me to the dealership to pick out my car and sign the paper work for a lease. There was absolutely no pressure by him or his manager to buy any of the offered "upgrades" or "protections", though I did decide to buy "Gap" insurance. There is no way I could have gotten any better service. More
