We apologize for falling short of your expectations, however we have made great strides since taking over the R&H organization in February of 2014. There is always more work to be done in an effort to continually satisfy all customers and all customer interactions. We have changed our process to reflect more transparency than ever before in the car buying process. We do know that other dealers operate differently, but we stack up through all forms of measurement, as you can see from our recent ratings, a little better than some of the competition.
