Our Company purchased the group over the last several months; I can assure you that the new company is a customer-centric automotive company who knows the value of our customer base. We apologize that we did not communicate properly with you during your recent visit. It is our goal to make every effort to use open and honest communication throughout the buying process. The deal originally discussed and agreed upon included a pay settlement in the form of a check for the entire price of the vehicle within one business day. In addition, we honored your request and did not run a credit check. However, upon settlement of this deal, the agreement then changed on the consumer side, deviating from the original terms. As with any transaction, there always needs to be a clear and concise method of payment for any goods or services. It was at this point that we made the decision not to deliver the vehicle, as it became important that we protected both ourselves and the consumer. We apologize that we were not able to live up to your expectations. While we understand that the circumstances changed, it may have been well served to have more flexibility for both parties concerned.
