Our Service Director, Tony Pulignani, would like to speak with you to better understand the situation and address your concerns as soon as possible, but has been unsuccessful in locating your contact information in our database. The criteria we follow for replacing a tire as opposed to repairing it is in line with the tire manufacturer’s guidelines. If the puncture is outside the center tread of the tire, we recommend replacement of the tire for safety reasons, regardless of the size of the puncture. Repairing a tire in this manner can cause compromises to its structural integrity.
