Marc went above and beyond what we expected on the level of service and proffesionalism. Every time we worked with him I had the genuine sense that he had our best interest at heart. Throughout the duration of our lease he was always there to answer our questions and resolve any issues. Connor also helped us out a lot too. I would(and have)reccomend this team and Marc spefically. We gained friends out of this experience. We unfortunately fell in love with another brand of car when our lease ended. Sometimes things just workout that way. Marc was still a professional and we could tell he was happy for us. It's hard to find service like this. We appreciate everything Connor and Marc did for us. Well worth the wait! I have been looking to get into something new for about 2 years but couldn't find what I wanted. I found a car on the Heritage Toyota lot and made a call to a friend from way back Chuck Heingartner. He made the process so easy that it was a no brainer to go thru Chuck and Heritage Toyota. Chuck has sold me 3 vehicles in the past 20 years, one of them being my first car in high school! Chuck's passion and hard work for his clients is second to none. I can't say enough about how easy it was to buy this car from Chuck, he did all the paper work via the phone and text it was completely painless! Not only was it a GREAT experience but it was awesome to buy another car from Chuck, it was also great to see him and catch up after all these years. I brought my 8 year old car in for a recall and asked them to check about a rattle I heard. They did a diagnostic review and removed a heat shield that was rattling, that I didn't need to have replaced. Saved me $100. In addition, they had a couple other recommendations that I asked them to do. Total cost $150. Shuttle service is the best around. I have cars that have gone to Subaru and Automaster and the shuttle service is much better at Heritage. Thank you! More
