When I stopped to look at Heritage's inventory one afternoon several months ago I had low expectations. Chuck came out and said hello and we chatted briefly. He was pleasant to deal with - low key and considerate. We stayed in touch off and on for several months by email - he never pushed things. When I was ready to pull the trigger I emailed him what I wanted, how much I was willing to pay, and what I needed for my trade-in. Again, I expected to buy (and sell) off the net but thought I'd give local a try. Chuck suggested I stop by, and showed me the perfect vehicle - just what I wanted. Again, he didn't push it and was easy to deal with. He gave me a very competitive price - going up against dealers and private sellers in a 250 mile radius. I took a day or two to think about it and run the numbers. It was a good deal forward and backward. Thanks Chuck for making it happen. More

wonderful sales experience I have now dealt with Chuck Heingartner for two purchases. My 2014 Tundra and 2016 Hybrid RAV4. Great service The vehicle intake process is better than any place I've ever been. Fast, friendly, drive you right in. I had mine in for recall work and there was no cost for that. They gave me a rental car. It took a while to get the parts, but since I had a rental it didn't matter much to me. My only issue is there was a smell in the car and some grease on the driver seat. They could have cleaned up better. I did have some additional work done that I did need to pay for. They are high priced compared to my local mechanic. But the service is excellent. More
