Firstly, Mr. Phil Devoid gave us an excellent trade-in value. We searched everywhere for someone to give us what we felt we deserved for it, and he met that price easily. Secondly, we drove all the way from Potsdam, New York, to make the trade/purchase and we literally drove out with the new truck on the same day. What we found most incredible, however, was how Heritage handled the next issue. We noticed a repair that needed to be done within the first week of purchase. Nervous, because we were three hours away, we weren't sure how to proceed. Once again, Heritage went above and beyond to send a driver with a 'loaner' car to our home so he could drive our truck back for repair. Within days, our truck was back again, at no cost or time to us at all. I can't rave enough about this whole experience and truly feel that a trip to Heritage Toyota is worth it in every way. More

Great dealership! I use the service department at Heritage. They do my oil changes while I wait. They have a great waiting area with tons of Amenities. I appreciate how the service rep always tells me exactly what they are going to do and checks in with me about anything before they do the work. Everyone is nice and the heater service bay is a treat in the winter. I've had oil changes, brake work, transmission line work and a number of potential issues investigated. I never feel like they try to oversell me and I don't feel pressured into buying air filters from them or anything like that. Great place. The service app on the website is great as well. So easy to schedule service. You can use the chat to check in on stuff as well and it's much easier than calling. More

flat tire x 3 I had a flat tire a week ago last Friday. Took it in to Heritage on Saturday and, after a wait, they repaired it (I didn't have an app't so they fit m I had a flat tire a week ago last Friday. Took it in to Heritage on Saturday and, after a wait, they repaired it (I didn't have an app't so they fit me in). On Monday it was flat again.My partner took it in this time and, after waiting 3 hours, it was repaired again. They told him the person who fixed it on Saturday had not done it correctly. Then on this Saturday it was flat again. I was not happy. These were expensive tires, purchased from Heritage about a year ago. I went to Heritage again that morning. A young person named Dana in the Service Dep't was great. I told her my saga and she went right to her shop manager who himself took my car, checked out the tire, and said it needed to be replaced. So that's what we did. He and Dana were both very responsive and helpful - and they fit me right in even though it was a busy day. More

A pleasant car buying experience with Laz Koep Recently, my wife and I were shopping for a new SUV and we stopped by Heritage Toyota to check out the RAV4 Edition. Though we had other vehicles in Recently, my wife and I were shopping for a new SUV and we stopped by Heritage Toyota to check out the RAV4 Edition. Though we had other vehicles in mind that we were very close to buy (Honda CRV, Subaru Forester), it was the experience dealing with Laz that totally convinced us that the RAV4 was the one for us. From the start, his pleasant and helpful demeanor, his knowledge as well as the ability to explain to us all of the features in the car and his go-way-beyond-duty willingness to taking time to answer every one of our questions. We were extremely happy with our recent buying experience and we will come back in a few months to buy for our son a new Toyota (if he so chooses).
