I requested a test drive in a vehicle of interest, which he immediately arranged. Matthew was thorough in explaining the details of the vehicle and the test drive went well. The vehicle was great! Back at the dealership we were able to negotiate a deal to my satisfaction without the pressure usually experienced with other salesman. Most seamless sales experience ever! I called Heritage and spoke to Megan Terry who immediately understood what I needed and did not try to push me in other directions. Once she understood what I was looking for, she hung up the phone and was my advocate doing all the research. Within 30 minutes Megan called back giving me the information I needed in order to make my decision. I had another used car picked out at a different dealership and Megan came in with a lower monthly payment for a new car! Most of the work was done before I came to Heritage and I spent less time there which allowed me to get more of my work done. Megan was professional and very easy to work with. The best part of the experience was that my 5 year old son later came to pick up the car with me. Megan had the car washed and put balloons on it, when he saw the car his eyes lit up! The Best Experience I have ever had in a car dealership!!! The service and detail to attention that Chuck gave me was the best I have ever had in a car dealership and I have been buying and leasing cars for o The service and detail to attention that Chuck gave me was the best I have ever had in a car dealership and I have been buying and leasing cars for over 40 years. He asked me what was important to me in a looking for a new vehicle. A friend of mine from Stowe leased a new Toyota Highlander from Chuck about 2 months ago and she said she loved it!!!! I came in on a busy Saturday and test drove the Highlander and Chuck gave me the details on the lease that worked for me and 2 hours later I drove away in my new Highlander and I love it!!! I will have have already recommended Chuck and Heritage Toyota. The icing on the cake was when I left he told me to call him when I was ready for my 1st service and he would set up the appt and pickup my car leave me his as a loaner for no charge. That is service above and beyond!!! More

Shopping for a car is NOT something that I enjoy but Megan made it so much easier than what I have experienced in the past. It was like working with a long time friend!
