I was looking around to swap out my 5 speed sedan for an automatic S.U.V. So after getting the ax on the subaru, the guys came to me with sevral offers on some toyotas, end result im now in a 2012 toyota camry. Im quite shocked on the cars astetics and over all functins this not your grandms camry. This cars is awesome ! I purchased a used 2010 Tacoma Double Cab on Monday. I had spent Saturday at another Toyota dealer and was treated very poorly. I knew what I wanted but had a budget that I had to stay within. At the other dealer I was pushed toward a vehicle that I had no interest in and was treated as though I knew nothing about car buying. Then I decided to travel to Heritage to see if I could be respected as a buyer and treated with professionalism. I was met at the door with a warm welcome and fortunately for me Alita Greeno happened to be walking by and was my salesperson/partner. Alita had me test drive a couple of vehicles to make sure that I was happy between two different model years. We then started talking prices, trade in, and financing options. When it was clear that a new car was out of my price range Alita moved right on to a used Tacoma with no pressure on me to buy new. I met with she and Jason and together we were able to come to terms on a deal that was right for me. Jason was also understanding of my needs and budget and together the three of us were able to make a deal work. It was nice that Jason came and spoke to me personally and showed an interest in working together. I was surprised to learn that Alita had been with Heritage Toyota for only a short time. She is an excellent listener and extremely genuine. You have found yourself a wonderful employee and one that you should be proud to have representing your company. I hope that when it is time for my wife to purchase a new vehicle Alita and Jason will be there for my wife and I. I am currently waiting on my truck to be delivered to my doorstep as it goes through the certification process. Jason offered to have the vehicle delivered 1.5 hours from Burlington since it wasn't up to Toyota Certified standards on the day I signed the paperwork. I am anxious to start driving and hope that the service dept. is taking as good care of my truck as the sales team took care of the buying experience. More
