They are longstanding members of the Costco Auto program, and did not bail out for more profits during the pandemic when they could have sold their vehicles at 4-6K markups over MSRP. Instead they have chosen to create value with their customers by offering a fair price and trusting that generations of Toyota buyers will come back for additional vehicles and service. My family and I travelled almost 1000 miles round trip to honor the Heritage Auto group family in VT from NJ because of their great values and ethics. Maybe someday I will combine a ski trip with another Toyota RAV4 purchase! More
