Going to the dealership is always going to take a chunk of time and with an 8 week old infant and a 7 year old antsy boy we had our hands full but Scott Staley was very accommodating and attentive. The Finance manager, Nick Barnes, even took my son to get ice cream from the ice cream truck that pulled up outside. Richie called me the morning of July 4th after I visited the dealership on the 3rd. At first I was not receptive, but Richie's call showed chutzpah which led to a 4-year lease of a Golf Wolfsburg by day's end. The deal put an end to my prolonged anxiety and procrastination about needing to turn in my current leased car and to get a new car by the end of July. Now, thanks to Richie's good intuition and get-it-done attitude, I will wake up on the 5th much relieved -- with a better car than I had before. Richie was friendly, upfront and professional throughout all of our in-person, phone and text contacts. He listened to, repeated back and acted upon what I said and offered suggestions when appropriate. Richie was orderly and pointed out everything I needed to know about the process, car and lease. He kindly offered me and my daughter refreshments on the 4th when taking the necessary time to complete each step. Regarding the price, I do not care to share details. I can just say that on the 3rd I looked at the Wolfsburg Golf that was out of my price range and ended up with that car very close to the amount that I had to spend. Thus, Richie worked hard and I believe I got a good deal! I will be glad to recommend Richie to anyone looking to buy his makes and hope he is still at this dealership when my lease runs out in 4 years, unless he moves to an even better gig. Dhanyavaad! Worst car service ever done in my life. I spend close to $800 for a 50k service (a week ago) which included a coolant fluid change, engine oil change, automatic transmission change, brake fl I spend close to $800 for a 50k service (a week ago) which included a coolant fluid change, engine oil change, automatic transmission change, brake fluid flush. I had to bring it back today since I noticed the coolant was overfilled way above max line and the fluid mix ration was not right. It looked dark red when it should be pink in color when mixed with distilled water. Then, the engine oil was filled way past the dip stick max line. Today, I got it back after service. The coolant is pink in color and looks right. I check the engine dipstick and it's looks like it only has 1 quart of oil. (I rather buy extra 5 quarts of oil and do it myself at this point.) Who knows if they did the brake flush & automatic transmission the right way or just topped it off. Anyway, this was a painful experience & expensive. I guess, I see people don't like VW's anymore. I usually don't write bad reviews but this time I was forced to do it. More

Ever since I purchased this vehicle, every service that was shared with me by my salesperson, Nazrul Islam, has been a lie. If you are selling cars, I understand you need to make the deal, but outright lying about services is ridiculous. Not to mention, I've had this new vehicle for less than 3 months and have already had to go back and forth twice about what the warranty covers. This is a BASIC WARRANTY. Even with a new vehicle which should not have issues like I've had, only certain things are covered under the manufacturer warranty. Don't listen to them if they say everything is covered. There is a long list of things not covered even if it stops working the moment you drive off the lot. I was very careful to ask certain questions during my purchase. For example, are loaner cars available during repairs. I was told yes of course. Apparently each dealership only has a couple so good luck with that. Instead they want you to rent a car. I was told MULTIPLE times to just come in if I needed my car washed...verbatim. This isn't even something I asked about, he just kept selling it. Nazrul even walked me over to the service bay to show me where to pull up. I decided to take advantage of this service one day and the service advisor looked at me like I was crazy. He agreed to go ahead and wash it, but told me that this was not an available service. Why lie about someone so small? I was so embarrassed for pulling up and asking for this. I even called about service and ended up being transferred all around due to no one being available and ended up having to speak with Nas, who then sent me over to a service rep who couldn't schedule me at the time because there was nothing available. She didn't even schedule me for a future visit. I was told they would call back to find something. A week later still no word. I called back to speak with a service manager but got the run around again on the phones. I gave up being transferred. This is my first and last VW. I will never again purchase another vehicle from this company and urge others to look at other makes first. Unless you are a diehard VW customer, keep looking. More
