Car Service Great Service! I had to have my Hyundai Elentra towed to the dealership on Sunday and leave it overnight because it would not start. The next morning Great Service! The next morning I received a phone call from Jeff and he was so pleasant and made me feel at ease about my car. I was so stressed and worried but he made sure that they would take care of it. I am so happy to have my car back up and running. Hertrich Hyundai of New Castle is not my main dealership but after the excellent experience that I had, I will definitely bring my car back to them for any other service needs.
