ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY YOU MEAN NOTHING TO THEM - I purchased a 2013 Nissan Leaf from Hiley Mazda of Arlington. As i was driving it home i realized the range of this electric car was not very good and purchased a 2013 Nissan Leaf from Hiley Mazda of Arlington. As i was driving it home i realized the range of this electric car was not very good and overall the car wouldn't work for me. I called them just one hour after purchase and spoke to the sales manager and asked if they would be willing to void the purchase & take the car back or trade for something different. I asked them anything would help at which point the manager said no but xxxx check and call me back. One hour passed and no call back. So i called and it went to his voicemail. So i called their financial department and they said they will have the manager call me to see if they can do anything. Once again, no call back. On top of this when i was sold the car i was told the charging wire was damaged by the salesman who sold me the car and xxxx order me a new one and tell me when it will be in. Once again, silence. I emailed him and he said xxxx check with parts department and get back to me. Never got back to me.....so i emailed again. And once again NOTHING!!! The lack of customer service and care is astounding! At this point i took the car to a Nissan dealership to attempt to trade it at which point they inspected the car and told me they couldn't take it because the battery that powers the car was faulty and i should take the car back. At this point i called them once again and reached NO ONE. I left a voicemail will their GM a day ago and still no one reached out to me. THIS DEALERSHIP IS WILLING TO SCREW YOU OVER FOR LITERALLY THE LOWEST AMOUNT OF PROFIT. I will be taking this higher and higher up through Mazda until this gets resolved. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER More

Agreed to buy our used Mazda. We gave them the car in early November. As of today, December 22 (over a month and a half later), they still haven’t paid us for the car. Staff continually lie, promising early November. As of today, December 22 (over a month and a half later), they still haven’t paid us for the car. Staff continually lie, promising calls back which never materialize and have promised on multiple occasions that the “check has been cut” only for someone else to later tell us it hasn’t.
