Best experience Mo was awesome! He showed me what was going on with my radio and got my oil changed since I was way overdue. Such a pleasant experience. He even got Mo was awesome! Grateful Mo Q., went above and beyond on my 2006 TDI Beetle. He was very friendly and very professional with me despite the constant professionalism of State F Mo Q., went above and beyond on my 2006 TDI Beetle. He was very friendly and very professional with me despite the constant professionalism of State Farm claims. I got 1 VM from my insurance agents office during the 30days my car was in the shop. But Mo he called me at least twice a week and kept me up to date on the status of my car. Talk about Awesome Customer Service!!
