I've been in twice in the last month, once by choice and the other by force. The air conditioning died in my Tiguan. I called the service department as I was leaving work at 5 o'clock on a Wednesday and was told that there weren't any appointments until Friday. After a few words, I was transferred to Mo, who had been my rep only a few days prior. Mo told me to bring my car in and said that he would do what he could to get it looked at as soon as possible. He did, worked with my warranty folks (new compressor, etc. needed) and got my car repaired for a Saturday pick up. Thanks Mo! More

An honest and capable salesman. We actually got a "cold" call from Kendy just informing us that there were reworked 2015 VW TDIs available that we might be interested in since we own We actually got a "cold" call from Kendy just informing us that there were reworked 2015 VW TDIs available that we might be interested in since we owned 2 of them that did not have a fix yet. We were interested and contacted him. What we found was that while he was relatively "new" he was very capable of digging into a question and getting a sound answer and assisting in our decision without a lot of pressure. He was honest and straight with us, and sold us an updated 2015 and provided information to assist in selling back the 2 TDIs that we owned. Kendy handled the issues we brought up and did so in a straight-forward and competent manner. Yes, I'd do business with Kendy again and recommend him to others. More
