Had a great salesman, but JENNIFER in finance was demeaning and was very unprofessional. When we called to complain AFTER car was bought only because we really did get a great deal and our salesman Joel was pleasing. They had no care for what we thought of the demeaning and disrespectfull remarks from their finance manager who stated that we were pretty much buying a crappy car because we didn't buy what she was offering for extra problems that can arise. She also told me I picked a real winner in regards to my husband who's friends and family know mechanics and are old owners of a Volkswagen dealership that was sold. She stated if anything goes wrong, then pointing to my husband, that he would pay for it and that she hopes that I teach my daughter to pick someone better. Joel, no disrespect to you or Volkswagen. However, JENNIFER in finance is a very bitter and unprofessional individual to deal with. This is the WORST car buying I have ever experienced when it came to financing. Won't EVER go there again. After countless calls over 2 days. NO ONE has called to follow up or apologize. Best of luck to those who encounter Jennifer in finance who is a very judgemental individual. More

No service Had gone to Hiley for a used car since they appeared to be a good dealership. Checked a 2009 Ford Focus that was in pretty good shape. Found a issue Had gone to Hiley for a used car since they appeared to be a good dealership. Checked a 2009 Ford Focus that was in pretty good shape. Found a issue with the windshield washer and Hiley agreed to repair it. Signed paperwork and made an appointment to get windows tinted and the washer fixed. The windshield washer pump worked but the nozzle needed fixed. I came back a week later and repair & tinting took about 3 1/2 hours. Their waiting area in spacious with couches, big screen TV and coffee & water available. Since it was raining when I left, I didn't need the washer. 2 days later I go to use the windshield washer and it doesn't work. I contacted the salesperson, Tsion and told her of the problem, that it worked prior to Hiley looked at it, but wasn't working now. She said she'd contact the service manager about it. I didn't hear from her, so contacted her a week later. She said that they had replaced a part & weren't responsible for the washer not working. I again asked why had it worked prior to going in their shop & not afterwards. No responses. They maybe a good dealer for new car sales, but don't recommend them for repairs or used car sales. More

He switched departments when we followed up, and we were fortunate to get Jorge to help us finalize everything. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
