Because of Carlos's in depth knowledge of my existing auto he was able to quickly show me the advantages of the new vehicle during the test drive. This made the decision making process easy and left me very confident in my choice. From that point on it was a team effort between Carlos and Jorge. From start to finish I never felt pressure or rushed. My experience with Kathy in finance was great. She got everything in place down to the last detail. The car was delivered in flawless condition with a final round of over the top personal instruction from Carlos. I will not hesitate to return to this dealership again. More

Test drove the ca Very good experience in Jan 15. Sales Associate was Kyle Teer and GM Mark Welch. I went to see a Kia Forte. Was greeted by Kyle. Test drove the car. Kyle was very nice and professional but not high pressure. Once Kyle new I was interested in the car we went in to meet Mark. I advised I do not like the car purchase experience want your very best deal and no games, etc. Shortly after I was given a price. Later, returning with my husband who wanted to negotiate more, the price was not dropped. I do not feel bad since I had asked for their best price up front. I feel the price was fair so I purchased the car. Since it was raining I was told I could bring the car back for a detail and was given a free oil change voucher as good will towards not dropping the price further. The car was in such good shape and clean that I have not returned for the detail. I would have to say this was probably my best and most pleasant experience of all my car purchases. The finance associate did ask me at least 5 times to purchase an extended warranty which I did not want but then he took that as my final answer and processed my paperwork professionally. I have had no further contact with the company (other than notification that tags were in). I would recommend this dealership and would highly recommend talking to Kyle. More
