A few years ago, we were unhappy with Hill Kelly, so we moved our business to the Milton dealer. Now that they are closed we found ourselves in a perdicament. We had to find a new Jeep dealer so we were forced to try Hill Kelly again. On our last two visits we had the pleasure of working with your service advisor Scott Bowden. He got to hear our whole story about the poor service we received in past years. He assured us that this wouldn't happen again and that he would take good care of us and our car. He was so nice and informative about everything that they would be checking on our Jeep. If Hill Kelly continues to employ people as friendly and knowledgable as Mr. Bowden, maybe when we get ready to buy again we will try and see if the Sales area has improved as much as the Service area. I called to make an appointment for a 90K service and asked about any price breaks. The customer service person directed me to www.hillkellyservice.com for some coupons, and I was able to use a 15% off c asked about any price breaks. That discount resulted in a little over $100 dollars off for my service. Why they don't have a link to it on their regular dealer site I don't know? I was just happy to see some coupons from them for a change. I worked with John Cahmbers and was very happy with his advice. I needed a ride home and back after service and I was reallly impressed with that service. I rode home with Jim, who was great, and he picked me up quickly and took me back after my service was complete. My truck is running great and I was very happy with my service experience with them this time. My only complaint would be that the inside of my truck was a little dirtier after the service. It would be great if they could vacumn and wash after a service. If they did, it would rank them at the top of my list. More

Not only was the service writer, John Chambers, extremely knowledgeable and professional, he took the time to make me feel like a Very Important Customer. Just an oil change! This dealership has vastly improved from where it was 4 years ago. It had a poor reputation for both sales and service and I can attest to both as I only own Mopar products and have purchased new vehicles years ago. I was extremely concerned when Sandy Sansing lost the Chrysler line to Hill Kelly when the reorganization took place. My concerns have been for naught however as the level of service at Hill Kelly has been exceptional since I have switched to Hill Kelly for my vehicle services. Sales has been excellent as well as I have had both friends and family purchase vehicles with Richard Manning at my referal. Mike Paschal in Service has been exceptional since my return and was again today. Mike always answers any questions I have or finds the answer out and then contacts me later and is very expedient in e-mail or phone call follow ups. More
I arrived at my appointment a little early, yet the people at Hill Kelly were ready to go and got me in when I arrived instead of waiting for my appointment time to come around. Been going to Hill Kelly ever since one of the "discount" service centers caused $450.00 in damage to my engine. This was my first visit with Scott, and he was very pleasant and easy to deal with.
