Took my mom there to look for a vehicle.Rafael Lopez was our salesman.He was nice and not pushy.My mom liked him and he made her feel comfortable through the whole process.She had a way better experience he our salesman.He was nice and not pushy.My mom liked him and he made her feel comfortable through the whole process.She had a way better experience here than at the KIA dealership.Would highly recommend him if you go there. Mark, the service manager, at Hill-Kelly went above and beyond for me with a recent issue that ended with my 2021 Ram 1500 being repurchased (Lemon Law) by FCA. Without Mark’s help, I wouldn’t be enjoying beyond for me with a recent issue that ended with my 2021 Ram 1500 being repurchased (Lemon Law) by FCA. Without Mark’s help, I wouldn’t be enjoying my brand new truck, purchased elsewhere, just in time for our Christmas camping trip. (My opinion of the sales department differs, but that’s for another review!) Mark always takes my call or calls back promptly. This is one of the most dishonest dealers I have ever dealt with. Taking a quick recap to my complaint last year in which they said I needed a bcm for 4 thousand dollars I later found that it was a rela dealt with. Taking a quick recap to my complaint last year in which they said I needed a bcm for 4 thousand dollars I later found that it was a relay for 10 bucks. Thank god I wasn’t someone with little car knowledge and knew better. This time the vehicle went in to have backup sensors reprogrammed and warranty work for a broken exhaust manifold bolt. The truck comes out with a check engine light on for an active air xxxx and they are saying because it is out of warranty I am responsible for the charges. I understand being out of warranty, but the light wasn’t on when it went in. I have a body shop that can verify but this dealer refused to fix it. I will never own a vehicle from this dealer and advise everyone to do their own research. I have owned many brands and this is by far the worst dealer from sales to service. I’ll be thankful to get out of a ram just to avoid this place. More
