Lied to by 2 Service Representatives I stopped to find out the service intervals on my Grand Cherokee to determine if I wanted to have the service done or just get an oil change. Both re I stopped to find out the service intervals on my Grand Cherokee to determine if I wanted to have the service done or just get an oil change. Both representatives assured me there were no factory schedules anymore and gave me a pamphlet outlining the dealership service schedule. One of then told me it depended on the vehicle. She said maybe the vehicle had sat on the lot for a while prior to purchase and and other variables could affect it. I said "ok this vehicle right here". The other one actually told me this "ain 't the 1970's anymore". I went home pulled up my pdf manual and looked up the schedule. More
