Three return visits for warranty work, they had to clean grease from the interior left from a non caring tech, re-center a replaced steering wheel, replace scratched trim parts. The service manager told me several times that I was too proud of my brand new 700 mile vehicle, implying I should accept crap service practices. Every time I took my vehicle in something careless was done by someone working for the dealership. A real shame! If you don't care about nor take pride in your car, please have Frank tell you everything you want to hear, yet fail at delivering quality customer experience. Clowns to your left and jokers to your right. If you've had good service here , feel lucky, but I'm afraid your luck will run out! 38 times, really Frank, good luck. More

Two employees, Richard Manning and Ashley Conlin facilitated the philosophy of Hill-Kelly Dodge by meeting every need and keeping every promise they made to me during the entire sales process as well as things I needed after the sale. These two people represented Hill-Kelly in an exemplary manner so well that I was willing to spend time in acknowledging them for helping me during my purchase. If I need to look for a vehicle in the future I will go to Hill-Kelly first and seek out Richard and Ashley as they have earned my trust. More

Ashley was able to find some vehicles within the parameters I set, ensured all my questions were answered, and did not try to push me at all.
