Here's the deal.. I live an hour away from Hill Kelly Dodge and the only other Jeep dealership near me is Lee Chrysler whom I will never use again because the service there is horrible. So I make the drive to Hill Kelly from which I picked up my 2010 Jeep from the day it arrived. The SALES staff, even though it wasn't perchased there treated me like it was and answered all my questions, plus taught me a little about the vehicle. This and the advice of a friend who does use Hill Kellys service department, I took my Jeep in on Friday morning at 0750, told them what was wrong and all I got right off the bat was.... " I'm not sure we'll know what's going on till monday and we dont do loaner vehicles..." So I asked if there was a way i could get a loaner vehicle so I can still go to work. He said NO, and it would depend on the warranty, but he wouldn't know till they got to work on it. I called saturday to get an update and was told they would call me back and never did. I called monday to get an answer as to the status of my Jeep and was told that the technician didn't work saturdays but he'll go see where he's at on it. So now im without a vehicle for four days still don't know what's going on with it. I have never in my life delt with such lack of customer service. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HILL KELLY AGAIN, which sucks because Im looking to buy another jeep and so far I have ZERO local dealerships i can rely on. I understand that I am upset but 6 years in the military leaves me with a sense of what customer service should be and I can't seem to find it locally. More

Went in almost at closing one night, test drove a jeep (4 door Wrangler). Went back the next afternoon put a deposit on it, the following Monday was driving it home. I have passed up on three other beautiful trucks this year alone and found a very freindly and proffessional sales person in one Ms Ashley Conlin. She was very patient with me and did not become one of those pushy sales person we sometimes meet. She was genuinely interested in finding the vehicle i was specifically looking for. The sale was fast and little effort was done to really get me the best price. And any service after the sale is non existent. The only thing I've been able to get from them for my truck is a hitch. My advice IF you go there, do NOT let them pull your credit until you have settled on the price. My credit is awesome so they would not come off the price knowing that I could afford it. If I wasn't in need of a truck that weekend I would have left and never went back. After the sale I've called about parts and service and it is clear to me that I'm just going out of Pensacola for anything I need. I don't expect this posted so I just tell my story as the issue comes up. More
Mike has been our Service Representative for about 10/11 years -- first with our 2002 Dodge Stratus and now with our 2008 Dodge Avenger. He is aware my wife is the primary driver of our Avenger and always years -- first with our 2002 Dodge Stratus and now with our 2008 Dodge Avenger. He is aware my wife is the primary driver of our Avenger and always takes the time to explain any maintenance procedures performed on the car to ease her mind. For example, about a month ago the right rear turn signal/brake light went out and the car reminded my wife of this fault with a chime and a scrolling notice on the dash. She drove to Hill Kelly Dodge and Mike came up with a spare bulb which he himself changed, while teaching a new employee how to do the job. Mike worked us in his busy schedule this week for an oil change and lube job so my wife can make a trip over to Louisiana to pick up a granddaughter and bring her to Pensacola for Christmas. The mechanic went over the car with a fine tooth comb and afterwards we had a couple of questions, to which Mike worked us in again the next day (Thursday the 20th of December) and had the mechanic check those questionable items, which turned out to be no problem at all, but again, eased my wife's mind for a round trip of about 500 miles. I would give Shawn Jackson, our second sales rep, 5 stars and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He was great from beginning to end. The 4 star rankings were given because the jeep was not cle and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He was great from beginning to end.
