I came in wanting to trade a high mileage van that we still owed $15000 that we had previously purchased from Hill Kelly. But Richard took the time with us to find out all the info up front as far as the payoff and mileage. He went ahead and got the appraisal and ran out credit and talked to us about how much we could afford, because he didnt want to show us anything that would be out of our range. We ended up with 2 choices and went with another Dodge Grand Caravan. Our payment only went up about $40, which was not too bad.. We did have to put a down payment of $1000 on a credit card which made me kind of nervous, but we dont have to make the first payment for 45 days, so that worked out. I just really appreciated being treated like a human being instead of a dollar sign. Richard took the time to program our phones as well. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. More

Julie was very professional and knowledgable of the dodge caravan that we interested in. She showed and demonstrated all of the latest new features on the 2012 caravan which were much more advanced than our caravan that we interested in. My 2010 Chrysler Town & Country Limited was leaking fluid. It appeared that there might be need for a major repair and I asked John to check on my extended lifetime care plus service contract and to fluid. It appeared that there might be need for a major repair and I asked John to check on my extended lifetime care plus service contract and to my shock we found that Chrysler had cancelled my contract. Thanks to John's help we got the contract reinstated immediately. The end of the story is that the leak was caused by a faulty oil filter and the repair was made with no charge. I went to the dealership with no appointment and was serviced immediately in a positive, friendly way. This is my second dealing with John Chambers, who is a low key, real pro at what he does. I am pleased with the dealership especially because they did not sell me the vehicle, I bought it in another state. I recommend Hill-Kelly service department and especially, John. We had a great time right from the start. Heather was very helpful on the internet as I surfed for available vehicles I was interested in. Jim was helpful in every way and was determined to make sure we got the best deal we could. Jim had everything in a row right from the start of the process from when we decided we couldnt pass up this deal to the end as financing took over.
