I came to Hill-Kelly Jeep for service on my 2007 GCL Deisel and was cared for by Norma Pippin, who is always outstanding. I met David Milne, your used car manager and he was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and super nice man. I enjoyed meeting him. My salesman was Richard Manning, and Richard is "The Model" for new young salesmen. Richard really know how to take outstanding care of his customer! I was extremely pleased with him and will come back to him again for my next Jeep. Tony Gilbert is one of the "old Pros". This man is one of the most knowlegeable Jeep salesmen that I have met! Period! He was a pleasure to work with as well. I had the pleasure of working with Craig Mobley who was just outstanding from the moment I met him for my financing needs. Craig worked very hard to get the very best rate and deal for me and he did a perfect job! Way to go man! You have a super Service Manager as well in Bill...'better hang on to him! Jeff Thompson is a real asset to you as well. To sum it up...my experience on this visit was outstanding in every way and I bought a 2012 Laredo. By the way...I live 2.5 miles from Lee Chrysler Jeep in Fort Walton Beach. Does my dealing with you tell you anything? Your group is outstanding and Lee's are want to be's! Extra kudos for his patience, since we had almost purchased another vehicle four weeks earlier and decided to back away from the deal. Jeff Thompson was able to help me negotiate the service fee for my trade-in, since my warranty coverage was for about 10% of the total bill. I would have liked more for my trade-in, but I think in the end we made a good decision. The price was competitive with all my research, plus we have the benefit of the great service department. We attended the "Right from the Start" car care clinic and were impressed with Bill McGinnis' willingness to work special incentives to get our business including the nitrogen fill program for our tires if we purchase tires at the dealership. Dewayne in parts was very helpful. Ellen explained all the warranty options and was a great aid in the decision making process. Dean in Paint and Body was also helpful in the hitch installation. Got into my vechicle this morning and noticed an emergency light on. I drove into Hill Kelly Dodge and was greeted promptly. My family from Texas was traveling for Thanksgiving weekend on Sunday November 27, stayed in a motel overnight and called the dealership on Monday. Once at the dealership they were greeted by Norma,service advisor, she was able to get the van into the shop right away. The battery was dead and had to be charged before any further testing could be done. They wanted to rent another vehicle and go on their way but Norma kept saying let us complete the test so the cause of failure was known. Thank goodness she was patient with them because the only thing wrong with the van was the fuel gauge was reading wrong and they ran the van out of gas, how stupid. If Norma hadn't of taken charge of the repair, they would have wasted money on renting a vehicle because the van was out of gas.
