My family from Texas was traveling for Thanksgiving weekend on Sunday November 27, stayed in a motel overnight and called the dealership on Monday. Once at the dealership they were greeted by Norma,service advisor, she was able to get the van into the shop right away. The battery was dead and had to be charged before any further testing could be done. They wanted to rent another vehicle and go on their way but Norma kept saying let us complete the test so the cause of failure was known. Thank goodness she was patient with them because the only thing wrong with the van was the fuel gauge was reading wrong and they ran the van out of gas, how stupid. If Norma hadn't of taken charge of the repair, they would have wasted money on renting a vehicle because the van was out of gas.
