The service staff always greet me with a smile while opening the door for me. Damon is my service advisor, and he carefully explains any service that my CRV or Accord may need. I am never surprised by unexpected expenses. If the service is going to take a long time, I am offered a loaner car so that I can run errands while my car is being serviced. Damon is friendly, knowledgeable, and he provides great service! I am very happy with the cars and service from Hinshaw's, and I highly recommend them. More

(obviously I said just a little bit) he replied "we'll come back when you have enough money for a car"..lol. Honda in fife, plain rude, pushy, thee worst experience ever. Then we stumbled into Hinshaws Honda dealership in auburn where I met Zachary Lee, literally thee best experience ever! He was nice and patient enough to work with me and my Godmother, lawwwd that one is the epitome of a truuuue Asian!! Bargains and negotiates to the bones! We left that day without a car and I had went to Thailand for a few weeks, the whole time Zachary kept in contact. February 16 at 11:10am me and my friend came in and I walked away with my 4th car. I didn't get to speak with anyone else but my personal experiences is, Zachary is definitely a nice, and respectable young man, even I had to remind my godmother and friend to not go overboard and be too pushy...but the staff and environment seems very friendly, clean and very in order. They're definitely willing to work with you, flexible and even if you have little money down and no credit background, paperworks was quick and easy. Between negotiations and finalizing we got everything finished by an hour? Maybe hour in a half?? The man in financial definitely took his time to explain everything from gap insurance, warranties, to the protective lining on the front of the car. Overall, best experience ever! Pleasure doing business with awesome people! Seeing them next week for my windows tinting! Can't wait!!! Thank you!!! More

We were kindly greeted at the entrance by Mike O'Brien as he opened the doors for us. Our interactions were cordial, polite, and very friendly. During the test drive and talks, we did not ever feel pressured or deceived by Mike. He was very up front and kind about pricing and negotiations making the small talks between paper signing very pleasant and not drawn out as to seem like he was buying time. He was open to all of our questions and if he did not have an answer, he made sure to get the correct one before responding. We ended up with a dealer better than we expected and was taught many things about our Fit, negotiations, leasing vs financing, and the differences between dealerships. Put a bandaid on Honda recall work on my Honda Pilot We brought our Honda Pilot in on Jan 18th via an apt Hinshaw's Acura made due to a fuel smell and a recall on the pistons.I bought the Pilot from Acur We brought our Honda Pilot in on Jan 18th via an apt Hinshaw's Acura made due to a fuel smell and a recall on the pistons.I bought the Pilot from Acura a month ago, I smelled fuel after driving and it was running a lil rough, so I brought it back to Acura (BTW Acura Fife is a dealership that gives excellent service) and the master tech diagnosed and pulled up a RECALL BULLETIN up that requited the pistons to be repaired. So, The service MANAGER at Acura then called Auburn Hinshaw's HONDA and set me an apt to repair as a Honda recall can only be repaired by a Honda dealer. They acted like there was no apt and knew nothing about a recall when I called to tell them we are on our way. They said we will check it out and ignored the who diagnostic that Acura's master technician did. Then, called us the next day and said it's ready for pick up, they just put 3 new spark plugs in to PUT A BAND AID ON THE PROBLEM. Instead of doing the piston job!!!! I'm now on a mission to hold them accountable and do the recall on my vehicle. Beware this location for service, they didn't want to explain the issue and were elusive, I believe ,100% because they just didn't make enough on the job to do it! More
