Needed a larger truck for an expanding family..Was there for about 25 minutes and had a great deal on my trade in and a great deal on a newer larger used truck...They were very helpful in working with me to for about 25 minutes and had a great deal on my trade in and a great deal on a newer larger used truck...They were very helpful in working with me to find a vehicle I could afford and be satisfied with. I have yet to be this happy with a dealer transaction. Also I had a question on a small mechanical issue with the new/used truck I was buying..No questions asked..They said they would check it and fix it if it was a problem..I was pretty much floored leaving a dealer without any type of push back on questions or "problems" I had.. I have also used them for service on my Wife's car..I was happy with how that turned out as well.. Also I have many other friends that have been to Hoffman Ford for sales and service and have had nothing but positive things to say too..
