Went to a scheduled appointment last week where I was told to comeback due to the not having an air filter. Went back a week later to my vehicle to be service was told it would take an hour sat there alm told to comeback due to the not having an air filter. Went back a week later to my vehicle to be service was told it would take an hour sat there almost two hours and had to ask when were they going to start my car. The female there stated your are next. They finally put my car up and came back 30 minutes later that they have the wrong filter. So my air filter was not change. I understand it’s a Jeep dealership but I was told I could still have my BMW vehicle service where I brought it from. I feel as I wasted my time and I will just take the vehicle to bmw to save the hassle. More

I've purchased 3 Vehicles from the dealership 2 New Vehicle's and 1 Used Vehicle and as with previous great experiences I had with the dealership Service Advisors and staff, I've came to a plum pleasin Vehicle's and 1 Used Vehicle and as with previous great experiences I had with the dealership Service Advisors and staff, I've came to a plum pleasing pleasurable satisfaction as was with vehicles prior to having a Dodge Make Car serviced for the first time there, because in the past 8 years I've been doing it myself yearly as far as the oil change using Pennsoil Platinum Synthetic Oil which was that I told would last a year as oppose to the mileage and tires didn't need further attention due to my surprise.
