I was given an appointment for one week in advance for a recall. When I arrived I was told they couldn't do it because it took 5 days to get the patch in that they needed for the software update. I asked why they didn't tell me that when I made the appointment because I was coming from Key West (4 hours away) and the girl making the appointment knew that. It was a Wed and they said they would try to get to it by Fri but no guarantees. When I said the paper I received about the recall said it would take 2 hours he said well we are backed up. Why are they making appointments if they are backed up. I called the customer service rep on Friday when Steve said the car wasn't ready and didn't think they could get to it until Monday and she had them get it done as we were due to head back to Key West on Friday.
