Despise coming here because there’s always an issue. Eddie is the best thing here. Rep didn’t want to do paperwork because the car wash too far so instead she went back to the computer to eat. Was promised a phone call when car was ready…never received. Price was higher than usual, and to top it off the car came back dirty with grease stains everywhere. The courtesy car wash as part of the Wagoneer promise was also not completed or even offered. The only reason i come back is because of the convenience of the location. More

Hollywood Chrysler Jeep is where I bought my car in 2021 and since than it is the only dealership I trust with car service. From oil changes to any issues that my vehicle may have. I needed an oil change and was late and she went out of her way and did her best so I wouldn't leave without one and my car possibly getting ruined without one.
