In March 25, 2024 I arrived to Hollywood Crysler Jeep located at; 2100 N State Rd 7, Hollywood, FL 33021. By April 30 the supplement report was completed, the situation with the insurance company (Progr located at; 2100 N State Rd 7, Hollywood, FL 33021. By April 30 the supplement report was completed, the situation with the insurance company (Progressive) was resolved and the payment for the repair was approved. I do not have a car rental option in my insurance policy and the guy who hit me in the accident Since then, I am waiting for the repair to be done, I was informed by the shop that more than three times they received the wrong part from the warehouse which I still have hard time to understand (those part have a code, how it can be too difficult to Mach numbers or letters).
