Unfortunately, our customer had to wait two weeks until his out-of-state title processed before we could release the check for his trade-in vehicle. We have released the check and have resolved this matter. We value every customer and understand that waiting for title to process can be frustrating; this has to do with how quickly the state processes the title and the Dealership does not have control over this timeframe. We thank Mr. Croce for his business.
