Took advantage of my wife who went in for a simple battery replacement. Tried to force/sell her a rental. Final replaced the battery for $800.......and provided no reports on the "faulty" batteries an battery replacement. Tried to force/sell her a rental. Final replaced the battery for $800.......and provided no reports on the "faulty" batteries and no multi point inspection report, yet they quoted $1,000,000 for new brakes and rotors. Obviously being sarcastic here but they/she (Helen Marchusky) will 100% up charge you. Avoid HELEN if you can. Others employees might be better but I wont be finding out. See ya. More

1. My salesman was actually a great guy, he was realistic and didn’t have the whole “typical salesman sleezy vibe.” He worked with me and made it an enjoyable experience. 2. Finance manager i delt with was more of the “sleezy car salesman.” He tried playing me to get the sales of all the extra things that no one needs that are just pure profit for the dealership. He was carefree of what the customer might need to get them to come back as a customer in the future. 3. Comptroller. Failed to payoff my trade in in accordance with Florida law. Terrible. I was forced to have to make another payment because it took this dealer a full month to send off the payoff check. 4. Wouldn’t go back to this dealership. More
