Hollywood Chrysler Jeep - Service Center

Not very good customer service. Takes a long time to return calls. A lot of calls to dealership main line and no one picks up in service dept. I felt not important and not on the top of the list. Spent 65k and then get slow service repair. 4 weeks without vehicle and should have been 2 weeks max. Last 2 weeks replacing items that didn't need replacing. Expected GM to come out and say something when I picked up the vehicle to apologize for taking a long time but no didn't get that. Not recommending to anyone and will be leaving reviews on different platforms More

Could not get service on the phone. Took ar in then technician could not work on it for a week. Took an hour to find keys when returned to get car instead of leaving it. Ms. Salazar was very professional and attentive. She constantly checked to make sure her customers were ok while the vehicles were being serviced.
