I did not get a good deal, Was disrespected by finance director. Was locked into a bad deal. I see why a hard copy of the contract is not given to the customer at the time of purchase! I did not actually see it until I went to the library 10 days later to view/make a copy of it. The phone service sucks. If you want to speak to someone in regards to a situation, you get a voicemail. I called on the 5/18 or 19 and asked if my finance person was there and I was told that he was but when I arrived I was told that he was off! I even called while I was sitting in the waiting area, just to see what the operate would say and it was the same response, yes he is here. And you can never get to the GM. I would still like to talk to the GM about my experience. My tag was delivered by UPS on Friday, May 23, 2025. It was delivered damaged, bent in several places. Hollywood Kia's solution, via a sales mgr, was to bring it in and they would straighten it out for me and it would be good as new other than that I would have to pay again. (I know that's a lie) Some of the responses on the application were inaccurate and was I was not asked for some of the responses. My son just wanted to surprise me with a brand new car for Mother's day now it has become a headache. More
I want to leave my honest review about the terrible work of the Kia office in Hollywood. About incompetent employees and managers who lie at the very beginning about the terms of the deal so that they can t of the Kia office in Hollywood. When registering a new car in this office, we were told that Kia would buy out the last months of the lease for our previous car from another dealership. And they said that they would give us a check right away. After signing the contract, they told us to wait for the check in the mail, after 2 weeks we still had not received the check. I started calling and found out where the check was, they told me that the check was supposedly sent to the dealership of our previous car. I asked to give me a copy of the sent check. They could not give me this copy for 1.5 weeks, they said "tomorrow". I personally came to the Kia dealership to the financial manager Mikl, with whom we signed the documents. He said that the accounting department is closed, I will send it to you "tomorrow". I have not received anything either tomorrow or the day after. And this financial manager Mikl treated us this way, because when signing the contract we did not buy any additional services for the car from him. He really insisted on buying them, you could say that he forced us to do it, this persuasion lasted more than 10 minutes, but in the end he did not succeed. After our refusal, Mikl's facial expression changed from a smile to discontent. Today I came to the office to the chief financial officer, he called Mikl and told me to print out a copy of the check, I personally heard this. So he had this copy before. Mikl quickly, in a few minutes brought me a copy of the check and the accounting department did not even need it, as I was told 2 days ago, when I personally came to the office and asked to give me a copy of the check, which, as I thought, he had! Before entering the office of the chief financial officer, I went to Mikl's office and he did not print anything for me! I understand that this is rudeness and revenge on his part for not earning bonuses on us! We are very sorry that we contacted this dealership, it was the worst experience of communication compared to other dealerships! No care for the client, no interest in the client, only one interest - How to get more money from the client here and now. Rude behavior of the financial manager Mikl and not only him, unfortunately! I would like to recommend the administration of the Kia Hollywood office to conduct training on customer service rules and improve the skills of their employees! On the day of registration of the car, the employees say - "I will call you in a week, come, we will fill up the car, wash it and help with the Kia application", but in the end, when the deal was completed, even after 3 weeks they did not offer me what they initially offered themselves. Even when I was in the office, regarding a copy of the check, they suddenly forgot about the services they offered. After all, the money has already been earned - the goal has been accomplished! And no one is considering me as a client for the long term. This all shows the level of the office, customer focus, professionalism of employees and managers and unfortunately this is all at a very, very low level!!!! Kiya Hollywood this is the worst experience of all before! I think that employees like financial manager Mikl (sitting at the bottom on the right, the last door by the wall) should not work in companies that want to have a good reputation!! More
