I liked seeing the staff celebrate a birthday, I thought that was really sweet. A women at the desk even asked us if we’d like a piece of cake! Kermit was really great, he definitely knew what he was talking about but he didn’t talk down to us and listened to what I wanted in my Kia. I felt from his personality that I could trust that he actually cared about getting me a good deal for the car that I wanted, and he did! Unfortunately I did feel like the insurance guy we talked to after I had decided to finance the car though Kia was a bit cold and unfriendly. The finance guy we talked to after though was friendly and personable, we had a great conversation full of laughs. Overall I very much enjoyed my time at Hollywood Kia, and the entire process was extremely quick! More

Went to look and left with a car. I had a Kia lease expiring in March/2020. I went to the dealer to check out the cars and left with the one I wanted.
