Was able to negotiate a pretty fair deal..however Beware of the finance guy named Robert; rude, crude, and unprofessional to say the least! And now because of the decision made and the salesman Rey “wanting what’s best for me” has led to one of the biggest financial crisis I’ve ever had. These people only care about their pockets, the managers that overlook their employees only care about covering everyone but the customer. They will always tell you “trust me I’m on your side”.. but don’t do anything about it. They’re crooks.. Chris the manager is a crook and a liar and their organization lacks customer integrity. I’m stuck on a 3 year lease with these people and feel utterly disappointed and scammed. Will not recommend anyone to this place.. I wish I remembered the name of the last man who talked to us, but he was Colombian and awfully rude.. please be aware on what you say to these people they will get your words and flip them around.. they’re salesman. Horrible horrible franchise.. More

Dealer does not follow through I was satisfied with the whole leasing process with the exception of the Insurance portion. I had to have insurance on the car in order to drive it ho I was satisfied with the whole leasing process with the exception of the Insurance portion. I had to have insurance on the car in order to drive it home. The insurance representative said he had a company that would give me the Insurance for $200 a month but they do not write the policy or bind the car until the next day. So I had to continue with Geico at $265.00 per month with a first payment of $365 in order to get the car home. The insurance man said he would set the policy up with the other company the next day. A few days later, after not hearing from the Insurance guy I called back and he stated that he would have it done before 2/3/19, the date I needed to make my payment to Geico. A dealership that does not follow through does not deserve an Excellent rating, especially when their inaction costs the customer a lot of money. More
