I brought my car in for service on my air conditioning. After evaluation, I was informed that the rear air conditioning unit had a hole in it and would need to be replaced at significant cost. I elected not to have the work done, but instead took it to an independent mechanic who found no leak whatsoever. He simply removed the refrigerant, applied vacuum on the system, and then replaced refrigerant. My air conditioning has worked as expected since that time. When I went in to pick up my vehicle and was informed of the anticipated costs and needed repairs, I paid the evaluation cost of $200 but when I got home, the usual evaluation form was not present with the bill. I normally inspect these forms before leaving the dealership, but neglected to do so during that visit. It would appear to me that I was nearly a victim of fraud related to your dealership. Although I cannot blame the dealership per se, it certainly is the responsibility of its leadership to assure that this sort of thing does not occur. It makes it very difficult for me to seek service or purchase of a new vehicle at your dealership. More

Everything was done well, however I wish the car was ready to go when I arrived. I had called before the 3 hours drive to the dealer so that 60 day tag would be ready so my family wouldn't need to wait ready to go when I arrived. Car was not put back together, battery was out in the floorboard and charger was left in the car. Had to return to give back the Holm charger and have the mechanic put the floor board back correctly in t floorboard and charger was left in the car. Price charged for the work done was extremely expensive and felt like I was overcharged for the work done. I have been a customer for 6 years and this was the worst experience I have had to this point. More
