Car still not fixed and I guess they don't care. Driving my 2005 Ford Explorer because my 2020 Equinox was supposed to be fixed last Friday but they lost my appointment and didn't get the part in like they my 2005 Ford Explorer because my 2020 Equinox was supposed to be fixed last Friday but they lost my appointment and didn't get the part in like they said they would. Drove 30 miles to find that out. Will they ever get the part? Will they ever call? Don't know how they stay in business. Constant problems for over a year. More

The repair on my used vehicle was done free of charge since I was within 30 days of purchase. I was very happy with that. My only complaint was lack of communication on the length of time the repair to since I was within 30 days of purchase. I was very happy with that. My only complaint was lack of communication on the length of time the repair took. I was told 4 hours and the vehicle was in the shop 1 1/2 days. The loaner car was helpful. More
