Lol... i already put in almost full gallon of fluid and it works fine.. not first time your service department marked filled and did NOT... . I just filled myself.. so suggest you visit with tech to be thorough and NOT just check boxes. Also when rotating tires let customers know if they see cupping on tire. Again 2nd time tire rotated and nothing noted. Derek has great smile but maybe he needs coaching as well to keep custsomers informed when service is delayed. Dont just let us sit extra hour wondering why replacing headlight bulb is taking forever only to find out wrong lamp was ordered. So yes NOW I'm complaining about our last two visits. Thanks for offering to "top off" washer fluid next time in Salina. 😆 🤣
