Over the past 45+ years of driving and buying cars, this has to be one of the best, if not "THE BEST" experience that I have had. He was soft spoken, knowledgeable, displayed a genuine understanding of my needs and was in no way pushy or trying to sell me something that I did not need or want. He made me feel that I was his number one priority. Approx. two weeks later, after the sale, when I came in to get my plates he asked about my relative that had been hospitalized earlier.
