My service at 24000 miles for my 2019 Accord my front and rear brake and rotors were in excellent condition. Then I went back for service at 28000 miles and they told me my rear brake pads and rotors are in rear brake and rotors were in excellent condition. Then I went back for service at 28000 miles and they told me my rear brake pads and rotors are in very bad condition and rusty and they considered that NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR CONDITION. Went from excellent condition to very bad condition in just 4000 miles and still considered the rusty rotors normal wear and tear not a bad part from the manufacturer! They think people are dumb to believe their non-legitimate reports. Not doing any business with them again, neither 5 of my family members and won’t recommend them to anyone ever again More
