Looking to make an immediate purchase of a CPO vehicle. The vehicle I initially inquired about had been sold sometime previously, but was still being advertised for sale. However, the salesperson and the Customer Service Manager refused to provide me with any information, instead insisting that I visit the dealership in-person to see their inventory. I declined to travel 2 hours in each direction on the off-chance that there might be a suitable vehicle on the lot. After several pointless e-mail exchanges, I was promised a short list of vehicles that met my desired criteria, however, that information was never provided. Subsequently, the CS Manager began berating me, as if I were somehow at fault for the problem. I finally gave up and purchased a vehicle elsewhere. I only contacted the Sales Manager after seeing her name and photo on another website. For whatever reason, she did not participate in the process up to that point. More
