Did a basic oil change. Dealer website does not allow 7am appointments even though service takes appointments at 7am by phone. I was told to 'just come' so came at 7am. Matt at service. Waited and waited....until 8:30am for an oil change. He finished several other people during that time. At 8:25am, I just went up and asked. He said they are just about done. 5min later he waved at me. Paid and then he told me I needed a brake fluid change and tires are getting worn low. IF I had known earlier, I could have asked them to do the brake fluid change. I'm not waiting another 1h with no information ! Ridiculous service...or rather Absence of service. I guess I'm not profitable enough (I had a coupon) ! Pathetic! I just scheduled an appointment with Madison Honda. They provide SERVICE ! More
