I just cannot give David enough praise. Honda Cars of Bellevue was the first dealership my husband and I visited and we could not have been more lucky! David was welcoming from the moment h Honda Cars of Bellevue was the first dealership my husband and I visited and we could not have been more lucky! David was welcoming from the moment he stepped out of the door. We told him what we were wanting to look at and he immediately took us to the one on the showroom floor (which I appreciated as it was chilly out so looking over the van inside was a plus!) and showed us all of the features the Odyssey had to offer. He then had someone bring around one of the vans with the trim that I thought I had wanted so we could take it for a test drive. He sat in the back seat and allowed my husband to sit in the passenger seat which was also appreciated as that is where my husband would be sitting. When we got back to the dealership, I told him I wanted to go look at all of the ones that had available so I could see all of the trims and the colors they had in stock. My husband and I both casually mentioned going for the 'highest' trim level and while David did crack a couple of jokes about getting that one, he NEVER, EVER once pressured us to go for the most expensive van. He then said "I understand this is a personal decision. I'm going to go inside so you two can have a private discussion. Just come find me when you're ready!" He literally went back inside and didn't creepily stand at an awkward distance watching us like a hawk - he truly gave us privacy! When we started back towards the building, he came out and met us, we didn't have to go hunt him down! During the whole purchasing process, he was SO kind and helpful. Again - NEVER pushy; NEVER tried to sell us on anything. If we said no, he said 'no problem' and moved on. We were there well after closing time, but he stayed the whole time while we were with the business manager. He even walked us out to the van and showed us additional features. We NEVER felt rushed like he just wanted to get home (it was almost 8:00 PM at this point, and on a Saturday night). I said "Please tell your wife and kids we are so sorry for keeping you late!" and he just chuckled. The next day, I asked my husband "was it just me or was that the most smooth and relaxing car buying experience ever? Did you ever feel pressured into buying a vehicle?" and he agreed with me, not for a single second did we feel pressured into buying a new vehicle. David was anything but your pushy, stereotypical salesman. We couldn't have dreamt of a more wonderful experience! If you're in the market for a new Honda, David is your guy! More

After car shopping with my Mom for months, I brought her to Honda Cars, specifically to work with David Quach; he’s a great guy, and a man of integrity. And initially, we were a little bummed out that he wa to Honda Cars, specifically to work with David Quach; he’s a great guy, and a man of integrity. And initially, we were a little bummed out that he wasn’t in when we stopped by (we didn’t call ahead). What was awesome though, is that the salesperson who helped while out we waited, Efrain Gonzalez-Ortega, was just as warm and friendly; and did an EXCELLENT job with us! -And with his help, we found the perfect car for my Mom. Plus, in the FINANCE OFFICE, we were treated with such respect and dignity, it was almost uncanny. Typically, that’s where the gloves come off, and a dealership shows their true colors. But Cherlyn (I think I have her name correct) was GREAT! She took time to explain the different warranty options with both clarity and conviction; without trying to pressure us into spending extra money, or buy bogus add-ons. She was very pleasant to work with. I’m so glad we came to Honda Cars Of Bellevue! Mom drove away in her dream car, and I left knowing she got the right car for a great price! -MJ More
I have used the Bellevue dealership for service for several years and have always had good service. I was unhappy on my last oil change when I was told that the manager said I could not use an oil cha several years and have always had good service. I was unhappy on my last oil change when I was told that the manager said I could not use an oil change coupon sent to my home address because the vin number did not match. The crv is the only Honda I own and have taken the crv to Bellevue for service since I bought it in 2015. Why could they not honor the coupon sent to my address when I have been a loyal customer? Very disappointing. More
