They were very friendly, made us feel right at home. We were early for our appointment, but Terri got us right in! I’m very impressed with this Honda location. They were kind courteous and helpful. I had a contract plan and they handled it with ease. I’ve never been to this location but I will return because They were kind courteous and helpful. I had a contract plan and they handled it with ease. I’ve never been to this location but I will return because I used to go to another location in Omaha and they got progressively worse. They wasted my time they had poor follow through and today I decided to try out Honda of Bellevue. It was such a great experience it renewed my faith in Honda Service! The gentleman I believe his name was Pat made me feel so welcome and I was so delighted when I went to get my car to find they had washed it! Made my day! I’m going to tell friends and family to choose this location! More
